铣刀用途：侧刃、底刃、圆弧、角度研磨过程中出现的外观不良进行观察检测，表面状况进行研究分析等工作。

铣刀产品特点：

全新设计双屏观察应用，同时观察刀具侧刃、底刃，提高检测效率，节省人工；

人性化设计刀具定位治具，可快速进行批量观察，满足不同型号刀具直径、长度、圆弧、角度自适应调节及批量定位观察检测；

超高清彩色CCD，成像更清晰、画质细腻、色彩还原性强，能轻松观察刀具缺陷，减少疲劳；

24寸订制版高清显示器，有不同视野的视觉搭配可供选择，能满足大小不同的刀具检测。

手旋式垂直上下调节，水平上下调节、左右调节。

设计有加强版，带刀长测量功能，精度0.001mm，安装有精密光栅尺

可以装夹最大的刀柄35mm 含刀柄长度150mm 刀柄长度10～60

刀刃长度100 最小倍率时视场为15.5mm,上面给出的视场只给出显示屏高度方向的尺寸，如果是对角线的视场会大许多的，实测最小倍数对角线视场为22mm， 最大倍率时视场为2.5mm,

1、立、卧双HDMI高清智能工业CCD影像检查系统专用设计，方便产品正面及侧面快速检测。

Vertical and horizontal double HDMI high definition intelligent industrial CCD image inspection system is specially designed to facilitate rapid detection of front and side of products.

2、大屏幕高解析度画面、无反光、19倍至145倍或28倍至198倍之间可调无级倍率，可选配更高倍数进行高精度标尺测量外径，像素精密度可达0.003mm，可辨识及判断，生产线上产品的缺陷不良立即呈现。

Large screen high resolution picture, no reflection, adjustable stepless ratio between 9.5 times and75 times or 19 times to 145 times. Higher multiple can be selected to measure the outer diameter with high precision scale. The pixel precision can reach 0.003 mm. It can be identified and judged. The defect of the product on the production line will appear immediately.

It can directly visualize the deviation of concentricity with the high precision concentricity tester produced by our company; the grinding wheel grain, the knife edge straightness, or the knife edge defects can be seen at a glance.

 7、适用于刀具刃口及直径、长度、角度、R角的测量和外观的检测。

8、高清高倍数配置适用于微钻检测,微钻偏心观测,直径测量等.
